This dedicated mission stemmed from the negative home buying experiences his parents had to go through when he was younger. The real estate agents they hired were either focused on making a commission or did not have their best interest at heart.
Durwin wanted to change that for future home buyers and sellers.
After graduating from UCLA, he completely dedicated himself to becoming an expert in the real estate industry. From showings and inspections to reports and closings, Durwin made sure to understand every aspect of the home buying and selling process. This knowledge has enabled him to continuously deliver the best services to his clients.

Durwin’s other activities include fundraising for N.E.I.O, the Nepal Education International Organization, which has completed projects such as the building of two schools, and installing hygienic-plumbing bathrooms. The organization continues its research in converting waste into biogas to be used as cooking fuel. Durwin is also an avid poker player.

In helping her clients buy or sell their homes, Lauren is highly personable, compassionate, persistent, and honest. She understands from first hand experience that going through the home buying process is overwhelming, but the agent Lauren worked with (who’s a Climber too) guided her smoothly to closing. That is what inspired Lauren to get into the residential real estate industry herself.
Prior to launching her real estate career, Lauren was in software sales and earned a Presidents Club award at Glassdoor.com. She also earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco.
In her free time, Lauren enjoys volleyball (played all her life and coached club volleyball for teenage girls for the past 10 years) as well as fitness (CrossFit for the past 4 years, teach classes at Orangetheory Fitness in SF’s Financial District).

Anthony's dad was a broker for over 20 years in San Francisco. Learning from him, along with being guided through the home buying process so smoothly by a fellow Climb agent, Anthony realized this is what he saw himself pursuing and excelling at. When helping his clients buy and sell their homes, Anthony is honest, dedicated, motivated, and a hard worker.
Prior to launching his real estate career, Anthony was in sales for Progenex, a sports nutrition company, where he worked his way up from a Northern California sales rep to a Regional Sales Manager for California and Hawaii.
Anthony earned his degree in Finance from Santa Clara University. He was born and raised in San Francisco and currently resides in West Oakland.
